Description:
A one trimester class here in middle school. We are going to be focusing on many different things this trimester. One the board will be the objects for either that day or the unit that we are going to be working on. You will need to copy those down into folder/notebook/binder. We are going to focusing on speaking Spanish this year and you will be expected to speak it daily.
Materials: Notebook, Binder (for portfolio), Pencil/Pen and if you want a Spanish Dictionary. You are expected to bring you materials every day. I will not give you a pass to go get them from your locker.
Rules: 1. Be respectful to others.
             2. Follow every other rule in the hand book.

Grading: Since we are doing formative assessment here in middle school you grading will be as follows.
            34% - Test
            33% - Projects
            33% - Writing Assignments

Everything else we do in here will be practice. You will have many opportunities to do practices before any of these three assignments are given.

Last odds and ends: I do not give extra credit. I do not believe in it. I will be speaking mostly in Spanish and I expect that you do the same. If you or your parents ever have any question please e-mail me. Also, I'm here early in the morning and I will stay a little while after school. If you feel like you are getting lost and you don't understand what is going on, come to me and we will set up a time where we can get together and figure it out.
